Brew didn't get it because his PCwas having trouble with CoD4. It's not that Brew was against the game, he just hasn't upgraded his PC. He has an AGP motherboard but Glad and Spawn pointed him towards a new AGP vid card he was considering that might increase his frames by 20-30 fps. |

I miss the old days so much.. when you get home from work, and you knwo there will be buds online to hangout with. I really need to ahve that back in my life... but I just havent gone looking for tf clans or anything. I am just so bored... games arent fun without your friends to play them with.

Brew works during the week and only plays on weekends but I think he said he would be on Thursday this week because he is taking Friday off. I usally don't start playing games until 11 Eastern but have been playing more QuakeLive/ Left 4 dead. Hit me up on xfire though if you see me on and want to frag.

Tip # 1: Don't die.
Tip #2 : kill a bunch of people.
But seriously because CoD is so damned slow, it seems to be a lot about learning the places where people camp. Run up to cover, look where people normally camp. If you see them, kill them. If not, run up to the next point of cover. CoD is a lot about killing people from angles they can't see you from (tangents) and trying not to let those sample people do the same to you. This is a major reason I don't like it that much. It's not about the "duel".
Keep in mind I have mainly played hardcore because that is what the other guys want to play.
If you want to find your rhythm, try playing regular old deathmatch on a server with less than 10 other people and a medium sized map. You'll generally get enough space to move about a bit but still pick plenty of people off. Just watch out for those a-holes that just camp the spawn points. Seriously. What fun is that? Killing people before they even know they are alive. It's 200-frickin'9 for god's sake. Is it so hard to program a short spawn shield that goes away in X seconds or as soon as you fire? C'mon. |

I assume you mean "world at war" - I played through it and some online but then got bored and sold it off - I'm told modern warfare 2 is coming out soon and plan to get that. |
